But when I log in to… NettetWhen go to buy $60000 of shares of XYZ my margin requirement is only $15000 -> IBKR is lending me $45000 - this is more leverage than I want. What I want is: I buy $60000 worth of XYZ using $40000 of my own cash and IBKR lends me $20000. This gets me to my target exposure of 1.5x.
