WebFear of fire alarm sounding, please help. 99.9% of the time my anxiety doesn't cause me any problems day to day. I consider myself a pretty rational person. However, I have a thing about fire alarms. I don't quite understand it myself, but sudden loud sirens make me jump (as they do for most people), except I really jump. WebFear of sirens/alarms.
