WebNov 7, 2024 · The easiest cure for clutch disc stuck to the flywheel is to start it in gear (Be sure you are in an area where you can do this safely) and drive around while holding the clutch pedal down, then firmly apply the brakes a few times. I've done this on Cubs and it usually doesn't need more than a couple tries. The problem is most likely, that rust has formed between the clutch disk and the flywheel. It won't pop loose on its own sitting there.
