WebSorcerer is the best starting class, points are where you want them and good starting items. For weapons go with something with low requirements. I reccomend the shortsword or estoc. You will want a weapon infused with magic or enchanted (magic has higher base dmg, enchanted higher int scaling). WebYou have to be pretty good to do this in a Sorcery build that makes the bosses trivial, as the really powerful spells have very limited use. A strength, dex or quality build will definitely be easier for someone if they are struggling with PVE. Strength is probably easier for PVE with all the knockback. Dex has better DPS though.
